These general conditions of sale strictly apply to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Moon Drinks S.L., with C.I.F. number B74432667 to companies and individuals.

Any order made to Moon Drinks necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the Client’s acceptance without reservation of the General Conditions of Sale of Moon Drinks in force on the day the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except those cases in which new conditions are made known to them by Moon Drinks. The fact that Moon Drinks does not resort at any given moment to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to giving up resorting to them in the future or the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is deemed by credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to harm or negatively influence their goodwill. The prices published in Moon Drinks are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale at Moon Drinks

Nuestra política, cumpliendo con la normativa vigente, es concederle el derecho de devolver cualquier artículo comprado en Moon Drinks en el plazo de 14 días naturales desde la fecha de recepción. No tendrá que aportar ninguna explicación, cualquier artículo, comprado en Moon Drinks, devuelto en su embalaje original, precintado y en perfectas condiciones será aceptado sin más.

Por razones de salud e higiene nuestros productos no podrán ser devueltos una vez hayan sido desprecintados (conforme al Real decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de defensa de los consumidores).

Antes de realizar la devolución, tendrá que comunicarlo al departamento de Atención al cliente. Si la causa de la devolución fuese que el artículo devuelto es defectuoso o no corresponde a lo solicitado en el pedido, Moon Drinks correrá con los gastos de la devolución y nuevo envío. Si el motivo de la devolución es que el pedido no le satisface, le reembolsaremos el importe pero no los gastos de envío ni los gastos de devolución.
